We begin by cutting and removing a 10–12 inch wide section of your basement floor along the perimeter wall.

A trench is dug down to the footing, exposing the base of the foundation wall.

A new sump pit is installed in the trench, positioned to collect water from the drainage system.

A 4-inch perforated weeping tile is laid in the trench, encased in drainage gravel to facilitate water flow.

A Platon dimple membrane is fastened from grade level down into the trench, directing water into the drainage system.

The trench is filled with concrete, restoring your basement floor to its original level and appearance.

A 1/3 horsepower sump pump is installed and plumbed to efficiently discharge collected water away from your foundation.
